Common questions
What counts as a stream hour?
The length of the footage you upload. A 3 hour break uses 3 stream hours, no matter how many clips come out of it. Clips are never metered.
What if I go over my hours?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. Uploads pause until the next month, or you can move up a tier and carry on immediately.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Changes are prorated by Stripe, so you are never billed twice for the same period.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours reset at the start of each calendar month, which is what keeps the price this low for the hours you do use.
